Once you have found a property you like the look of, contact us to discuss the property and your requirements in more detail and we can book you an in-person viewing. Simply call us or submitting a ‘Book Viewing’ request, and one of our friendly team will get back to you.

Once you’ve chosen your perfect property, a lettings administrator will take you through the application process step by step. Much of the process can be completely very simply online.

To reserve your favourite property for 7 days while the application process is in progress, we take a holding deposit, which will be protected in an approved Deposit Potection Scheme once the Tenancy Agreement and Onboarding is completed.

Once the Pre-Tenancy Forms are complete and we have obtained the necessary references, a final Tenancy Agreement can be issued. We’ll collect the remainder of the Deposit that is due, the first month’s rent payment and the Tenancy Agreement can be signed by all parties. The Deposit is then lodged and held by the DPS for your safety and protection.

On move in day, your Property Manager will arrange with you to either pick your keys up from our office or meet you at the property. Remember to bring your ID with you as before we give the keys out, we’ll double check your ID, that all the paperwork is in order and that the first rent instalment has been collected.

Then you can move in to your new home!
