At Quirky Property, we are focused on providing the best service to our Landlords. So, if you think we’ve done a great job, we would really appreciate a referral to a friend. Recommend a new Landlord to us and we’ll say Thank You with a £100 John Lewis Voucher!

Landlord Referral Scheme

We believe it’s important to say “Please” and “Thank You” so we’ve launched a new Refer a Friend Scheme to reward any of our existing Landlords who successfully recommends a new Managed Landlord to us.

If you have a friend looking for someone to manage their property, why not refer them to Quirky Property?

As a thank you, we will send you a £100 John Lewis voucher, once we let their property on one of our Fully Managed Services.

Simply email us a message with their contact details so we can drop them a line.

Alternatively, they are welcome to call our Management Team at any time direct on 0131 610 1002.  Just remember let us know that you referred them to Quirky Property, as this offer is only available until the end of August 2022.

Terms
  1. One £100 John Lewis voucher per new Managed Landlord
  2. Scheme starts 1st January 2022
  3. Existing Quirky Property Landlords can opt to change for a cash credit on your account of £100
  4. The Referrer must be an existing Quirky Property customer
  5. Voucher paid 2 weeks after your friend signs for Full Management or Premium Management services, prior to 31st August 2022
  6. Any claim for referral vouchers must be made prior to 31st August 2022
  7. If your friend has already placed an order through any other sales channel, the Refer a Friend Credit will not be applicable
  8. Quirky Property reserves the right to remove or clawback vouchers if fraud or abuse is suspected
  9. If you pass your friend’s details to Quirky Property, you confirm that you have your friend’s permission to do so.
  10. Quirky Property reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time.
